Sign up Information

  1. Sign up at least 30 minutes before class by filling out form below and sending payment.

  2. Email will be sent with the class link approximately one hour before class.

  3. All classes are run through Zoom -download app if needed.

  4. Please sign into the Zoom meeting 5 min before class begins.

  5. Admittance to class closes 5 min after start time - unless otherwise arranged

We offer practices for corporate groups and individuals. Please email to discuss how we can create a practice that works for you or your group.

About Our Classes

* Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga: A mid-level class integrating breath- linked movements (vinyasa), postures (asanas) held a bit longer, pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation and relaxation. A sprinkling of functional movement and anatomical awareness will inform our classes as we shine the light on the core elements of a sustainable yoga practice and good physical health: flexibility, balance, strength and agility.

** Gentle Yoga (ages 65+): We’ll learn and adapt basic yoga postures and movement fundamentals to improve our flexibility, mobility, balance and strength. We’ll challenge ourselves to safely move beyond our current range of motion in all our key joints. Please ensure you’ve got clearance from your doctor before starting this or any class that introduces your body to new movements.

Modifications will be given to allow for maximum participation. If you have any further questions about the classes, please email us.

We recommend consecutive classes to build momentum in your learning and strength in your practice. If you need to miss a practice, a recording will be emailed to you.
